SAUSAGE-RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • one 6 ounce box Uncle Ben's long-grain and wild rice
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • one 4 oz can cream mushroom soup
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Preheat ove to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to directions. Brown sausage and onion until done. Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Dot top with butter. Bake until bubbly. approx 25 min
