Sausage and Apple breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

1 pizza dough
¼ cup flour
1 granny smith apple
1 cup hansens apple juice
1 cup pork or chicken sausage
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 small dutch potatoes
¼ cup white onion, chopped


In a saucepan cook the pork in the apple juice until it is brown. Set aside the pork to drain. While the pork is cooking; peel, core and chop up the apple. Microwave the potatoe for six minutes or until tender, then cut into cubes. Reserve two tablespoons apple juice and cook the onion, apples and potatoes in it for five minutes. Flour the pizza dough, and roll out to the size of a small pizza. Set on a cookie sheet. Layer the sausage, apples, potaoes and onions on the pizza dough. Top with the cheddar cheese.. bake for 12 minutes at 400* or until golden brown.
