1 bunch broccoli, cut into spears with 2‐ to 3‐inch stems
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Red pepper flakes
1 Microwave broccoli on high for 3 minutes (do NOT overcook).
2 In skillet, add oil and garlic; sauté on medium‐low for 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Add drained broccoli and very few red pepper flakes; sauté a few more minutes
