SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY
Sauteed Shrimp with Garlic and Parsley

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound shrimp
- Salt
- Fresh-ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 parsley springs
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Season shelled shrimp liberally with salt and pepper
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet, when hot, pour in olive oil
Turn heat up to high and add the seasoned shrimp
Cook, tossing the shrimp frequently until he shells start to turn pink (3 min)
Turn off the heat and toss in the chopped garlic and parsley
Toss the shrimp in the pan until well coated with garlic and parsely. Serve immediately
