SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC AND PARSLEY

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • Salt
  • Fresh-ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 parsley springs
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Season shelled shrimp liberally with salt and pepper
  • Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet, when hot, pour in olive oil
  • Turn heat up to high and add the seasoned shrimp
  • Cook, tossing the shrimp frequently until he shells start to turn pink (3 min)
  • Turn off the heat and toss in the chopped garlic and parsley
  • Toss the shrimp in the pan until well coated with garlic and parsely. Serve immediately
