Why I Love This Recipe
I grew up in a family unfamiliar with mushrooms. But by now I can't imagine living without having some at least twice a week. As a vegetable, with eggs, in sauces and soups, with pasta. They get along with almost anything. This recipe of sauteed mushrooms is easy and doesn't take long.
Ingredients You'll Need
12 medium sized mushrooms
3 bell peppers, green, red and yellow, deseeded and cut into thin slices
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon spicy soybean paste
a little sesame oil
Directions
1 Blanch the mushrooms an cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and saute the mushrooms untl golden brown.
3 Remove from the oil and drain
4 Heat a little oil in another wok and stir-fry the peppers briefly
5 Add the mushrooms to the peppers and str-fry together
6 Add soy sauce and soybean paste to the ingredients and toss
7 Drizzle with sesame oil and serve
