Savory Grilled Shrimp Dip
1/2 pound of shrimp
1 cup of sour cream
3 tablespoons of duck sauce
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
milk, as needed
Devein shrimp, remove heads and tails.
On a hot grill, cook shrimp 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
Combine shrimp with all ingredients.
Use blender or an immersible blender to mix all ingredients until smooth. As milk as needed to give necessary consistency.
Serve with crackers or toast points.

A sweet and spicy dip that can also be used as a sauce for white fish, beef, or pasta.
