Savory Italian "sausage" and PIZZA

A Pizza with protein and all the best of which a personal pan pizza has to offer. Very saucy, "meaty", and impressive.
Ingredients You'll Need
Simple mills artisan bread
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 -3 tbsp water
Roast tomatoes,red pepper,pears
2 tbsp nutiva coconut garlic oil
1/2c simple truth mushroom tomatoe pasta sauce
1/4c walnuts
1/2c Bob red mills garbanzo flour
Gerbs chia seeds
1 c riced cauliflower (pre cooked)
1/2c garbanzo beans (precooked)
6-8oz Miyoko's vegan mozz
Frontier Op spice- onion, pizza blend, poultry, harissa, and basil
Directions
Preheat oven 250-300 degrees
Prepare simple mills artisan bread directions using water and chia seeds as an egg replacement 1 tbsp=1 egg let sit until thick
Flat crust as desired sprinkle with spices and bake halfway without toppings
Bake for 15min
Preroasted is best, if not place whole cherry tomatoes, sliced red peppers, and halved pears in oven to roasted for 25min
Put garbanzo flour, spices, walnuts, chickpeas, and riced cauliflower in bowl cover and set aside
Let tomatoes, pears (peeled) and red peppers cool
Remove crust from oven let cool
Get bowl and mix in roasted ingredients in ninja/food processor
Pulse ingredients don't make into sauce
Top crust with sauce and grate vegan cheese mozz the sausage mixture along with more spices , slice in sections as desired
Pizza crust should be on a non stick or unbleached parchment paper, bake pizza for an additional 10-20min according to your preference
