Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ozs. sour cream

Directions

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ozs. sour cream
  • Melt margarine. Add both kinds of corn. Stir in muffin mix, egg, & sour cream. Mix well. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
