  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 4 tsp margarine, melted
  • 1/8lb saltines - crushed - reserve some for topping
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients except reserve crackers for topping


Place in baking dish


Sprinkle reserved crackers evenly on top


Bake at 325 for 1 hour
