SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

Scalloped Pineapple

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pineapple chunks, tidbits or crushed

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter; add sugar, eggs, cubed bread and pineapple. Bake in a casserole for 1 hour at 350º F.
