Scallops with Coconut Broth
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine
14 oz can coconut milk
1 lemon grass stalk
1 red chile
2 green onion
2 thyme springs
cook garlic, thyme, and wine together.
Lower heat and add coconut milk, lemon grass, chile, green onions and seasoning
Season Scallops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Cook ~ 2-3 min on each side on hot pan.
Cover scallops in sauce and garnish with cilantro
