southernbelle, I don't know why it is called a Scarlett O'Hara. It was developed at the Redstone Inn in Redstone Colorado. I used to live down the mountain from there in Carbondale. When I have a cocktail I love this one or the old stand by...a margarita. Thanks for your note. Jenni/Omaha
