Just pull all of the little bits of leftover anything from your fridge and set up a little buffet. There are endless possibilities! Just fill small bowls with any combination of the following, depending on what you have!


  • Meats:
  • Ground meats
  • Lunchmeats
  • Chicken

  • Pork
  • Fish
  • Veggies and fruits:
  • Raw
  • Cooked
  • Pickled
  • * beans and nuts make great additions, too!
  • Sauces:
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Salsa
  • Peanut Butter
  • Hummus
  • Sour Cream
  • Cream Cheese
  • Wraps:
  • Pita
  • Large lettuce leaves
  • Flat breads


  • We set up all of these little bowls on the counter and then take turns creating any crazy thing we can.
  • It's a fun way to use up leftovers, and it's way faster than actually cooking dinner!
  • I'm a big fan of dried cranberries, green apple, peanut butter, and walnuts in a wheat wrap. Or hummus, sauteed mushrooms and onions, baby greens and roasted peppers...
