1 small box “twist” pasta
1½ pounds ground beef
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 large green bell pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons bacon grease
1 large can whole tomatoes, cut
1. Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook for a few minutes.
Add green pepper and garlic salt; cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and stir in cooked pasta; reduce
heat to low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until well heated. You may need to add little more garlic salt
