BackstoryI use this marinade for shish kabob,chicken, pork chops, and tougher cuts of beef that will be barbecued. It's awesome!
- 1/2 C. salad oil
- 1/2 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. ketchup
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cloved garlic, pressed
- Mix all ingredients. Marinate your meat of choice in these, at least 6 hours, but preferably overnight. Grill meats on barbecue to your desired doneness.
