Seasoned Fried Potatoes
4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced French-fry size
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp bacon drippings
Heat oil and drippings in skillet over medium-high heat, add potaoes and onion. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning potatoes when brown on bottom.
