Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 pound tofu -- soft
1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 packets sugar substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, process until smooth and creamy.
