Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound tofu -- soft
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 packets sugar substitute
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, process until smooth and creamy.
  • 1 tablespoon=one serving
  • Per serving: 13 Calories (kcal); 1g Total Fat; (43% calories from fat);1g Protein; 1g
  • Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 126mg Sodium
  • NOTES : Great as a salad dressing or a Vegetable Dip.
