Ingredients

1/2 pound tofu -- soft
1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 packets sugar substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, process until smooth and creamy.


1 tablespoon=one serving


Per serving: 13 Calories (kcal); 1g Total Fat; (43% calories from fat);1g Protein; 1g


Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 126mg Sodium


NOTES : Great as a salad dressing or a Vegetable Dip.
