SEASONING FOR PORK OR POULTRY

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. grated orange rind, dried
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

  • Combine in food processor and blend until fine. Place in shaker jar. Sprinkle liberally on meat before cooking--especially good on pork chops.
