SEMI-HOMEADE RASPBERRY BROWNIE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of your favorite brownie mix
  • 4 tbsp your favorite raspberry preserves
  • 1 package of fresh raspberries
  • 1 container of cool whip
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

  • Follow the recipe for cake-like brownies and bake according to package
  • In a food processor or blender, combine raspberry preserves and raspberries. and pulse to combine and chop the fresh raspberries
  • when brownies come out, remove in one piece from pan and lay out on a serving platter
  • spread raspberries preserves on cooled brownies top with other set of brownies
  • top all with powdered sugar and serve with cool whip

Notes

I love brownies and raspberries but hate the time it takes to make a chocolate raspberry cake. This is great
