- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 quarter cup of vermouth
- 2 t honey
- 2 heads of broccoli cut into flowerets
- 1 T sesame seeds, toasted
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wine and honey in a bowl and set aside. Steam broccoli until tender crisp. Toss broccoli and dressing together, sprinkle sesame seeds over broccoli and enjoy!
