SESAME BROCCOLI

Ingredients

  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 quarter cup of vermouth
  • 2 t honey
  • 2 heads of broccoli cut into flowerets
  • 1 T sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, wine and honey in a bowl and set aside. Steam broccoli until tender crisp. Toss broccoli and dressing together, sprinkle sesame seeds over broccoli and enjoy!
