INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c cornstarch
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 T roasted garlic
  • 2 t sesame oil
  • 1 t grated ginger
  • 1 bag panko
  • ¼ c white sesame seeds
  • canola oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

put all ingredients but panko and sesame seeds into ziplock bag


squash everything around really well so chicken pieces are completely covered and put bag in fridge overnight


mix panko and sesame seeds together in large ziplock bag


drop pieces of chicken into bag and make sure they are completely covered with panko mixture


heat oil to 350 degrees and fry chicken in batches
