Sesame Parmesan Breadsticks
Reynolds® Parchment Paper
loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed and risen until double
tablespoons olive oil
teaspoons Italian seasoning
clove garlic, crushed
cup grated Parmesan cheese
tablespoon sesame seeds
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a large cookie sheet with Reynolds Parchment Paper. Sprinkle parchment lightly with flour; set aside.
ROLL and stretch bread dough into a 15x8-inch rectangle on floured parchment paper.
COMBINE olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic; spread evenly over dough with a spoon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds.
CUT dough with a sharp knife or pizza cutter lengthwise down center and crosswise to form 32 breadsticks.
BAKE 12 to 18 minutes or until light brown. Cool 2 minutes. Pull breadsticks apart and serve warm.
