Sev Puri Chaat
20 Puri's (fried Indian bread available at any Indian grocery stores)
1/2 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/2 cup onions finely chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup Yogurt
8 tsp Khajur imli chutney (Dates and tamarind chutney, you can find it at Indian grocery stores)
4 tbsp green chutney( Cilantro and chillies chutney, this is also available at Indian stores)
1 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
For garnishing: 1/2 cup sev ( fried noodles made from flour, it is also available at any Indian grocery store. You can buy thin or thick sev)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Arrange the Puri's on a serving plate.
Top each Puri with a little potato, tomatoes, yogurt and onion.
Top the Puri's with some fresh khajur imli ki chutney (Dates and Tamarind) and green chutney (Cilantro and chilly).
Sprinkle some chaat masala, lemon juice and salt on top.
Garnish with the sev( fried noodles) and cilantro and serve immediately.
