Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 large potatoes, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dill
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
11 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
3/4 soup can water
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 Cup bread crumbs


Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Parboil the sliced potatoes for 5 minutes and drain. Place in the bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole. In skillet, brown beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and celery. Drain; place on top of potatoes. Place onion on top of beef. Spread can of corn on top of onions. Pour tomato soup mixed with 3/4 can of water over all the layers. Add grated cheese on top of all. Put bread crumbs on top of cheese. Bake 1 hour.
