INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh Fish (Raw -Crappie, Bass, Shrimp, Monkfish...not Catfish)
  • Chopped onion
  • Minced jalapeno
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Cut fish in 1 inch squares


Chopped onion - about 1/5 the amount of fish


Minced jalapeno - to taste...start light, you can always add


Chopped cilantro - to taste (or parsley)


Fresh lemon juice


Cover and refregerate for 6 hours.


Taste and adjust salt if necessary.


Let sit at least 1 more hour...will keep in fridge about 1 week.
