Shannon Losey's Thanksgiving Ham Chunks

Ingredients

Ham
2 cans pineapple tidbits w/ juice
Brown sugar


Bake ham in a lil water for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs


Remove ham and cut up in kinda large chunks and return ham chunks to pan (Can leave some ham for ham sandwichs)


Add about 2 cans pineapple tidbits add juice too stir in w/ ham


Sprinkle brown sugar over ham and pineapple try and cover all the ham w/ at least a lil of the brown sugar


Bake at 350 stirring once in awhile, add water if needed

My Grandmother Elaine Mazur just covered the top w/ this sauce. But I think my daughter Shannon was the 1st to make it in chunks. This way is my favorite way to eat Ham!!!
