Shoe Peg Salad
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 - 15ox can english peas, drained
1 - 15 oz can french style green beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar (4oz) chopped pimentos
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Mix first six ingredents in large bowl and set aside.
Mix next four ingredents til well combined and pour over vegetables.
Place in refrigerator and chill at least 4 hours. (overnight is really great!!)
