Shoyu Poke A'U - Shoyu Poke made with marlin fillets
3 pounds a'u fillet
3/4 cup shoyu (can also use low sodium soy sauce)
1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 medium round onion, sliced thinly
Cut a'u fillet into strips then into 3/4 inch poke. Combine shoyu, pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, green and round onions; add poke a'u. Mix well. Serve chilled.
