Shredded Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

2 lb Chicken Breast
1 Buffalo Sauce
Ground Red Pepper


*Cook and shred or chop chicken (Chris shreds his, Judy uses chopper)


*Place in crockpot on warm


*Add buffalo sauce and lightly dust top with ground red pepper (more or less to taste)


*Serve with rolls, lettuce, cheese (and chips for those that want to crunchify their sandwich!)



Recipe Tips


*You can cook the chicken in the crockpot as well, if you give enough time for that


*You can vary this by using BBQ sauce instead of buffalo, or use a mixture of both for extra tastiness


*Also great just by itself, not as a sandwich and serve with usual dinner sides
