Shrimp Bread Recipe

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time


1 stick butter
1 cup onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
½ cup chopped celery
2 stalks green onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. shrimp, chopped fine
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 cans crescent dinner rolls

Saute first 6 ingredients (butter through garlic).

Add in remaining ingredients.

Flatten 2 can crescent rolls (rectangle or ring) and spread mixture over them evenly.

Bake according to crescent rolls temp.

I ate this at my sisters house. Karen Marks gave her the recipe and I don't know where it came from before she got it. We used it as a meal but I think it was intended to be a Appetizer. Either way it was really good.
