Shrimp Etoufee (A-2 Faye)
Tony Chasters season-add to taste(more the spicier)
1-Small can of tomato paste
1-Small can of tomato sauce
1-Can of original Rotel
1-Can of cream of mushroom soup
1- pound of fresh medium shrimp
1/2 stick of butter
Bag of rice
Saute in butter all the peppers and onion. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 mins. Cook rice as directed.
