SHRIMP OLIVER

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. Peeled shrimp tails
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. onion finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-½ tbsp. parsley, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. La Ready Hot
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. white wine
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • cooked flat egg noodles

Directions

  • Melt butter in 2 quart dish. Sauté’s onion & garlic on high heat 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley. paprika, La Ready Hot & pepper. Cover, until shrimp are pink & tender. Stir a couple of times. Stir in flour, water, wine & salt, cook several minutes more until mixture thickens.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and
