1 lb. large shrimp
12 plum tomatoes - seeded and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 stick of butter - cut into small chunks
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Sambuca
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Shell the shrimp and put into a 13x9 glass baking dish. Toss all of the remaining ingredients into the dish. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with crusty bread to soak up all the yummy juices. Also works with chicken!
