Shrimp Smedley
A recipe given to me many years ago by my dear Aunt Helen
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds butter
- 2 8 ounce packages of Velveeta cheese
- 8 large cloves of garlic, crushed
- 20 large mushrooms, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup white Vermouth
- 7 pounds shrimp
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 5 ingredients together and add shrimp. Put over baked potatoes.
