SHRIMP SMEDLEY

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds butter
  • 2 8 ounce packages of Velveeta cheese
  • 8 large cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 20 large mushrooms, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup white Vermouth
  • 7 pounds shrimp

Directions

  • Mix first 5 ingredients together and add shrimp. Put over baked potatoes.
