RECIPE BACKSTORY
On one of the most rewarding days of our lives together, just prior to Danielle's 38th birthday, I supriprised her with a cooking class at the Chopping Block at Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Though we both had been cooking for many years, the expierience was not only educational, but also fun/ Moreover, we discovered the joys of cooking Dim Sum at home. Though not entirely our recipes, the next three foods have become ours and are craved often.
