Shrimp and Pasta Bake
16 oz. bow tie pasta, uncooked
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
12 oz. frozen small shrimp, thawed
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook pasta and drain. Place pasta in ungreased 13" X 9" pan. Stir in tomatoes, shrimp, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
