Shrimp in a Cream Sauce
1/2 stick of butter melted with a touch of olive oil and crushed garlic.
1 quart of whipping cream
1/2 to 1 cup of white cooking wine or any white wine of choice
1 lb of fettuccine
1 to 1/2 lbs of shrimp
In a large pot add butter and olive
oil and garlic.
Once the garlic is cooked and butter melted lower heat and slowly stir in whipping cream, wine and some parm. cheese as much as you would like and let this simmer on low for about 1/2 hour.
AFter the 1/2 hour I will taste to see if salt, pepper or garlic powder are needed.
Add shrimp let shrimp until they are cooked. Once your Fettuccine is done cooking add to cream sauce and serve.
