Shrimp with Green Sauce
2 lbs fresh shrimp
3 Green Onions
Handful of parsley
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup dry white wine
6 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oven to 500 degrees.
Puree everything but the shrimp.
Put the shrimp in a baking dish and cover with the green sauce you just pureeed.
Cover with additional white wine.
Cook 10-13 minutes until shrimp are pink and sauce is bubbling.
