PrintINGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- Vodka Sauce - half a jar
- Green onions - 1 stalk
- Salt and pepper
- Rigatoni
- Shrimp
- Half of a large onion
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
DIRECTIONS
Chop up garlic and onion
Sautée garlic in olive oil
Reduce heat and add onions to caramelize
Add shrimp
Add salt, pepper, chili powder and curry powder to taste
Add vodka sauce
Cook pasta in another pot. 12 minutes for rigatoni
Add a little pasta water into the vodka sauce
Then add pasta.
Mix pasta and sauce together
Garnish with chopped green onion, parmesian cheeese and garlic salt
