SICILIAN PISTACHIO PASTA

Ingredients

  • Pasta (any type)
  • Pistachio pesto
  • Pistachios
  • Parmesan (optional)

Directions

  • Make pasta :)
  • Add pistachio pesto (can be bought or home made; it should have at least 65% of pistachios)
  • Sprinkle with mashed pistachios and parmesan (the cheese is optional)

Notes

The recipe is from Sicilia (Italy), where my parents acquired it from a local woman. It is ridiculously easy :-)
