SICOLLI GOULASH

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef cubed
  • 1 lb pork cubed
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8oz sour cream
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • Noodles or dumplings

Directions

  • Brown meat and onions
  • Add sauerkraut, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic
  • Cook 1 hour
  • Add sour cream and cook 1 hour more
  • Serve with noodles or dumplings
