Simple Apple Crisp

• Cooking Time: 45 minutes
• Servings: 6
• Preparation Time: 15 minutes
• 6 baking apples peeled and sliced, 1/2c. or 1 stick oleo, 1c. quick rolled oats, 1c. brown sugar, 3/4c.flour

LIne a 9"x13" baking dish with the apples. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients to a crumble. sprinkle over the apples. Bake @ 350F for 45 minutes.

This recipe comes from my seventh grade Home Economics class project. Everyone brought in recipes and we made every one of them. Our teacher surprised us with a cookbook that had all of our class recipes in it. Everytime I look at it and read the students name that went with the recipes, it brings back alot of memories about that person and the class.
