- Cooking Time:
- Servings: 1-2/3 cup
- Preparation Time:
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- In saucepan mix together soup, cheese, milk and paprika. Cook over low heat, stirring 'til cheese is melted and sauce is thoroughly heated.
- Variation: Cream Cheese-Chive Sauce : Substitute 1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese for the cheddar cheese, and add 1 Tb. minced chives, or 1 tsp. freeze-dried chives; blend together before adding to soup.
NotesThis is great over just about any hot cooked veg.
