- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- handful of cilantro
- 2 limes.
- salt to taste
- hot sauce to taste
- chop tomatoe in very small chunks
- dice onion
- take cilantro lay on chopping board and slice fine, including stems
- put tomatoe,onion,and cilantro in a pretty bowl and squeeze lime over it,add hot sauce and salt,mix all together and refrigerate for 1/2hour so all the juices come together.
