• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, or 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
• 2 teaspoons vinegar (herbal vinegars work wonderfully)
• 1/3 cup orange juice, or variation: raspberry syrup
• 1/4 cup olive oil
