Ingredients

  • Frozen Wild Caught Salmon - WF'S
  • Organic Garlic Salt and Pepper
  • Island Teriyaki - WF's & TJ's
  • Black Rice - TJ'S (Microwave for 3 Mins)

Directions

  • Thaw Salmon
  • Season with Garlic S&P
  • Heat pan with 1t Organic Butter
  • Cook Salmon 5 mins on each side
  • Add 1T Teriyaki or to your liking
