Simple Scrambled Eggs
5 egg whites
1 cup. Baby Spinach, washed
1/4 cup. Low Fat Cheese
1/2 cup. Onion, chopped
1/2 cup. Red Peppers, chopped
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Heat a non stick skillet with olive oil on medium heat.
Add your onions and peppers, cook until they are translucent or soft.
Add the eggs and egg whites to the pan.
Scramble and sprinkle spinach and cheese into the eggs.
Plate and Serve warm
