SIMPLE TUNA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • Tuna (in water or brine), flour, butter, curry powder, tinned tomato soup, milk, rice.

Directions

  • In a large saucepan on stovetop, melt 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder. Add 3 tablespoons plain flour and mix. This mixture will form a thick paste. Add the tin of tomato soup and mix well. Gradually add two cups of low-fat milk, stirring well after each addition. When the mixture is a nice mornay consistency, add the drained tuna. Serve with boiled rice. More curry can be added for those who like it a little hotter! Enjoy.
