  • 500g of mince ( which ever meat you like we use beef)
  • A packet of stuffing which ever works best with your meat
  • 1 egg


  • Mix the stuffing mince and egg together I find it easier to use my hands,
  • Once it is all mixed together make it into little balls
  • Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins
  • Once they're cooked either eat with sauce or freeze


On a recent visit to Canada we went to a friends house for new years eve and she had made these amazing meatballs, she gave me the recipe to make for me and my family and we love them
